Privacy Notice
How CARE for Early Minds collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
What we collect
When you create an account we hold your name, email address and, if you provide one, a telephone number. If you complete the child questionnaire we hold the answers you give, which may include information about your child's health, development, behaviour and wellbeing. If you buy something we hold your order and delivery details. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our systems.
Why we collect it
Questionnaire information is used by the CARE team to understand your child and consider what educational or developmental support may be appropriate. It is not used to generate an automatic result, score or diagnosis.
Who can see it
Your questionnaire can be read by you and by authorised CARE staff. Other account holders cannot see it. Access is restricted at the database level, not only by what the website chooses to display.
Consent
Before the questionnaire asks about your child, we ask you to confirm separately that you have authority to share their information, that you have read this notice, and that you consent to us handling sensitive information. Marketing permission is entirely separate and optional — declining it does not affect your questionnaire or the support CARE offers. You can withdraw a consent by contacting us.
